Our custom powder coating service is available if one our proprietary products or customer's products do not meet your requirements. Climate provides a wide range of powder coating solutions for non-metal substrates, primarily plywood, plasterboard and MDF. Climate uses specialist low cure PPG powders that are applied in our automated Auckland based powder coating plant.

Coatings that can be applied to these substrates include:

• Exterior and interior primer/sealers
• Interior finished coating
• Interior semi-opaque (transparent) coating
• Matt,light texture and semi-gloss smooth finishes

Colours:

• Climate can custom-match almost any colour for specific projects. A minimum order and lead time applies.
• A limited stock range of colours that are pre-matched and ready to order in lower minimum quantities are available on request.
