Recladding Moisture-Damaged Buildings with Nu-Wall

In addition to ongoing weathertightness and long-term durability, the other major objective in such situations is usually to achieve a total departure from the former appearance of the building. With a wide range of styles and finishes to choose from, Nu-Wall offers many ways to achieve this, as well as providing assurance of long-term durability and weathertightness.

Over the seven years since its completion, this two-storey penthouse addition to a central Auckland commercial building had suffered extensive damage due to moisture ingress. In their specification for the remediation of the building, the architects incorporated the use of Nu-Wall Louvre60 profile for re-cladding, achieving a total transformation of its appearance.
