Plankwall Almost Finished is a competitive factory painted MDF panel with a tongue and grooved edge. Two UV white coats on the face and a clear coat on the back completely seal the panel from moisture. It is a stable, strong panel with excellent thermal and bracing qualities. Panels are sustainably produced in NZ, and machined in a Carbon Zero factory.

On another project which uses Almost Finished V10 with long 3.6m panels butt joining, the painter says he is impressed by how true and flat the 12mm ceiling is. Two finishing coats are specified on this project. The buillder/owner loves the product, and importantly, so does his wife.

Plankwall unpainted Standard V10 is available from merchants. V15 with wider grooves and W08, W grooved at 8cm are also available. 

Plankwall Standard and Almost Finished have minimum prep work required before painting, meaning one less subtrade on site.
