The colours decided upon by the client reflect the different types of wines produced on site.
The installation was a challenge as some of the Danpalon polycarbonate panels were 8 m long. Stage one was installed prior to the panels being installed and stage two once the panels were in place.
3M products were chosen as the client wanted maximum light but not optical clear, as the substrate was not totally clear and they wanted some diffused light. Design Tints selected an Agfa Anapurna UV printer to achieve the vibrant colours required.
3M Scotchcal 3650 can be used for interior or exterior graphics. The film has pressure-sensitive adhesive, resists gasoline vapors and occasional petroleum spills and is available in transparent, white or black. Applications include graphics for vehicles, windows, signs and more.
3M Scotchcal Clear View Film 8150 is an optically clear printable window film that can be used in many ways on and inside buildings, enabling architects and shopfitters to implement creative design ideas for new and existing glass surfaces. It allows creativity and offers innovative, high-performance solutions for glass design using graphics, text and special effects. It also offers a great solution for public transport advertising. Despite its hard-wearing qualities, it can be easily removed when no longer required.
