Apartment modules incorporate the steel structure and are manufactured and fitted out at dedicated assembly factories, transported to construction sites and erected to coordinate with the on-site building program.

Nu-Wall has been selected as one of the major exterior cladding elements for application on UB developments, the first of which was completed earlier this year in Russell Place in the Melbourne CBD.
