Adding Individual Contacts and Receiving Enquiries

Update

Suppliers now have the ability to add individual contacts (like support staff, architectural reps or even office branches) to their "Technical Support" page.

This joins the existing enquiry form which allows users to make a request for information.

You can add/edit this contact by editing your brand in the Supplier Admin.

Adding a Contact in the Supplier Admin

By default the enquiry form will email to the primary email address loaded for the brand (eg [email protected]). An individual contact can be set to be the contact form recipient instead of this email address by ticking the "Contact form recipient" check box.
