Update

Log in duration issue addressed, now warning users that if they haven't ticked "remember me" upon logging in, and their computer sleeps (thus disconnecting htem from the internet), unsaved changes will be lost.

Form also changed from HTML to plain text to avoid inclusion of unintentional mark up language from other websites and word processing programmes when copied and pasted.
