SMARTair Openow is suitable for commercial applications such as offices, schools, and museums.

The SMARTair devices need to have a R4 control unit and the following firmware versions to be compatible with the Openow solution:

• Electronic escutcheon: 5.55 or higher
• Electronic cylinder: 5.55 or higher
• Wall reader: 5.57 or higher
• Portable programmer: 6.78 or higher

Server where the SMARTair TS1000 software is installed:

• The server needs to have access to internet
• Openow functionality needs to be enabled in the license

Smartphone where the Openow App is installed:

• Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) 4.0 version available
• Operating systems compatible versions:
• Android 4.4 (kitkat) or higher
• iOS 7 or higher
• User's registration via email in the App
• The Smartphone needs to have active mobile data to receive virtual keys or the needed updates
