The Casali Aderix Peel and Stick is suitable for flat or sloping roofs, heat-sensitive, heat-insulating materials, and in situations where a naked flame not possible/ideal. The application is simple, clean and environmentally friendly, as it does not develop fumes and smells.

Scope of Use

The Casali Aderix Peel and Stick system is a BRANZ-appraised, high-performance double-layer bituminous waterproofing solution, engineered to meet the needs of modern construction. This innovative system is compatible with substrates such as plywood, concrete, or insulated roof surfaces, and it is suitable for flat roofs, pitched roofs, or decks protected from foot traffic.

Aderix is designed with 1°degree fall compatibility, making it an excellent choice for low-slope roof applications. Its flame-free, cold-application method eliminates fire risks, offering a simple, clean, and environmentally friendly solution without the production of fumes or unpleasant smells.

BASE SHEET - Aderix SS Polyester 2.5mm PE

Use: As a base sheet in a double-layer system or as a single, damp-proof layer.
Top Finish: PE film for base applications.
Bottom Finish: Silicone-removable PE film for easy installation.

CAP SHEET - Aderix SP Polyester 4.5mm Mineral Chip

Use: Cap sheet for exposed flat or pitched roofs in a fully self-adhesive system or as a single-layer under tile solution.
Top Finish: Natural or colored mineral chips for aesthetic versatility.
Bottom Finish: Silicone-removable PE film for seamless adhesion.

Statement of Building Code Compliance

In the opinion of BRANZ, Casali Dermabit/Dermafil Roof and Deck Membrane Systems, if designed, used, installed and maintained in accordance with the statements and conditions of this Appraisal, will meet or contribute to meeting the following provisions of the NZBC:

Clause B2 DURABILITY: Performance B2.3.1 (b) 15 years and B2.3.2. Casali Dermabit/Dermafil Roof and Deck Membrane Systems meet this requirement. See Paragraph 10.1.
Clause E2 EXTERNAL MOISTURE: Performance E2.3.1 and E2.3.2. Casali Dermabit/Dermafil Roof and Deck Membrane Systems meets these requirements. See Paragraphs 13.1–13.9.
Clause F2 HAZARDOUS BUILDING MATERIALS: Performance F2.3.1. Casali Dermabit/Dermafil Roof and Deck Membrane Systems meet this requirement.

Casali Dermabit/Dermafil Roof and Deck Membrane Systems have been appraised as an Alternative Solution in terms of New Zealand Building Code compliance. The membranes are an alternative to the membranes specified in NZBC Acceptable Solution E2/AS1, and an Alternative Solution subject to specific design for other buildings not covered within E2/AS1.
