What will you learn? 

The series is split into six modules, with Miriam covering key topics tailored to specifier reps and their presentations to architects and designers:

• Module 1: Presentation purpose and knowing your audience
• Module 2: Presentation structure and content
• Module 3: Presentation delivery
• Module 4: Impromptu speaking and managing Q&A
• Module 5: Communicating effectively online
• Module 6: Presentations and feedback
