Engagement on the night
Architectural Movie Nights provide product suppliers with a captive audience of local architects, architectural designers and key influencers. Make the most of this networking opportunity to grow awareness of your products and help drive specification.
Product Display
Each sponsor will have a designated area within the venue for their product display and a table and cloth will be provided. Limited power is available but you will need to bring your own (long) extension cord. All sponsors are expected to provide a visually enticing, hands-on display with the use of Product Models / Product Samples. Sponsors with hands-on displays with product/s, samples and technical models will make the most of this opportunity to increase engagement and understanding of their products.
Remember that your display will be sitting alongside those of other non-competing co-partners, so you want to make sure that it is visually-enticing with plenty to touch and look at to drive specifier engagement.
Please see some examples below of the standard of product displays expected at the EBOSS Architectural Movie Nights.
Invitations and RSVP's
- Invitations and RSVPs are 100% managed by EBOSS - we'll take care of the guest list so you just need to turn up!
- You will be provided with a link to the RSVP list in the lead up to the event so you can see who has registered to attend.
- On the evening of the event, attendees are divided evenly among the sponsors for ticket collection during the evening.
- You will also receive the final attendee list the day after the event.
Tickets
- Attendees are divided evenly among the sponsors for ticket collection during the networking period
- We will provide you with these numbered tickets on the night
- This ticket collection ensures attendees make contact with the sponsors during the networking period
- This numbered ticket is then used for the ‘lucky ticket number’ giveaway in the cinema
Lucky ticket number prize draw
Each sponsor is expected to put forward a spot prize for the 'lucky ticket number' giveaway as part of the welcome which takes place inside the cinema before the film. With your static image on screen, our MC will introduce your registered staff then call out a ‘lucky ticket number X’ from your allocated ticket numbers so you can be sure your prize will go to one of the attendees you engaged with earlier in the evening during the networking product displays.
Suggested prize value: approx. $100-$150
Prize suggestions: Local restaurant voucher, hardcover architectural book, blunt umbrella, gourmet hamper etc.
Product Image
Please email [email protected] a high res image of your product in situ to be displayed on screen in the cinema as our MC introduces your brand and does the lucky ticket number prize giveaway (see example below).
Staff
- We recommend having a minimum of two of your friendliest, most knowledgeable staff on board to answer technical questions and build relationships on the night.
- Ensure ALL staff attending have registered online (even if they are not staying for the film) as their contact details are sent to specifiers the day after the event.
- Only those staff registered online will receive event info and updates
- Once we move through to the cinema and your product display is packed away, provided there are seats available in the cinema, your staff are welcome to stay and watch the film if they wish
