DuPont Tyvek HomeWrap

DuPont Tyvek Homewrap is a breathable, fire retardant synthetic wall underlay that provides up to 120 days UV resistance, allowing plenty of time for cladding to be installed. HomeWrap’s High Moisture Vapour Permeability of > 2.0µg/N.s (Water Vapour resistance of < 0.5MNs/g) (per ASTM E-96-B ) enables buildings to dry out from the inside, helping to prevent mould and rot.

DuPont Tyvek Roof Underlays

Pink Batts will supply three high-performance DuPont Tyvek roof underlays: DuPont Tyvek Supro, DuPont Tyvek Supro Plus and DuPont Tyvek Metal.

DuPont Tyvek Supro and Supro Plus are self-supporting, fire retardant synthetic roof underlays — with the Plus option coming with an integrated tape system for ease of in-situ edge sealing. DuPont Tyvek Metal is a breathable, fire retardant, self-supporting, synthetic roof underlay combined with an 8mm drainage mat to maintain a separation layer between the roof cladding and the underlay.

Pink Batts will also offer the full range of DuPont tapes to ensure weathertight installation around penetrations, doors and windows. Options include DuPont Flashing Tape, Tyvek Contractor Tape and the innovative DuPont Tyvek FlexWrap — a one-piece, flexible flashing tape.
