The machine was built in Auckland and transported to Christchurch by shipping container and commissioned into Dimond’s Christchurch factory. It is hoped that the profile will offer a superior option for fixers involved in the Christchurch rebuild and demonstrates Dimond’s continued commitment to the region. Other parts of the factory have also being bolstered, including a new folder and wide cover ridging capacity.
Feedback from users of the new profile includes ease of installation, spending less time on site and less damage.
Dimond now has multiple jobs under its belt including a large commercial job on Moorhouse Avenue fixed by Graham Hill Roofing. There are a number of jobs in the pipeline, as well as high interest by specifiers for upcoming projects.
