Multi-Purpose Design Featuring a Multiroom Escea Fireplace

This stunning show home was built to take advantage of a smaller section, yet this four-bedroom home definitely makes its presence well-known.  The formal landscaping, bold interior design features and the DX1500 Escea gas fireplace highlight the home’s unique nature.

Stepping in the door, several focal points catch one's attention: plinth steps leading into a sunken media room, a red-panelled wall housing a gas fireplace and the sleek lines of the Essastone benchtops.

To achieve a new level of open-plan living, the media room and the living room is separated by a bright-red, chimney breast-style feature wall.  This bold colour is a striking way to house the fire, separate the two rooms, and bring the home’s colour palette to the fore.  This audacious colour choice is echoed throughout the house, featuring in the study and the kitchen, along with the front facade panel, and media room TV panel.

Embedded into the Laminex panelled wall is the Escea DX1500 gas fireplace.  The Black Crystalight fuel bed complements the gloss-red tiles and features Smart Heat and multi-room technology.  Its zero clearance rating, which grants the freedom of choice when it comes to the surrounding materials, eliminates the need for expensive and elaborate fire-rated structures.
