The In-house Design Engineering team have significant experience in supporting and guiding the build team of architects, engineers and developers from concept design phase right through to installation. This includes ensuring the compliance pathway is straightforward by producing detailed shop drawings. These can be used for Producer Statements certification 1, 3 and 4 if required.

All of the GRC cladding solutions are manufactured locally at the factory in West Auckland by dedicated and highly experienced craftsmen. With extensive experience in manufacturing and project management, this enables end to end management for the total project, ensuring everything goes according to plan.

GRC is made from high quality, locally sourced materials where possible and is 100% recyclable and generally considered safe for the environment. This lower environmental impact compared to other building materials is due to its light weight. This also means that it consumes less energy in production and transport, reducing costs in the process.
