Based in Tuakau, south of Auckland, Matman has the overarching benefits that can be associated with the Burgess Company, yet it offers a range of new employee- and product-related capabilities. Utilising these capabilities, Matmans seeks to act local, making the most of its geographical location to connect and form strong customer relationships throughout the Hamilton and Auckland regions.

Matman represents a clean and green image through the use of recycled materials to produce high-class, industry-leading products. Subsequently, Matman strives to work with architects, designers and specifiers from all backgrounds to innovate new and provide existing products that are installation specific.

To date, Matman has undertaken numerous product orders and job installations. Some previous jobs include installation at Barkley Manor (a dog  day-care centre), where 800m² of rubber flooring was laid for the comfort and wellbeing of dogs; manufacturing of the flooring for the Orca wetsuit outlet; ramps at various boat marinas; and a number of playground and childcare centre installations.
