Inspired by the Italian studio Meneghello Paolelli, the File collection of pans and bidets continue Art Ceram’s tradition of creating contemporary iconic Bathware. 

Simplicity and round lines characterise the File collection, which boasts impressive features across its range of both wall-mounted and back-to-wall pans and bidets. File Bathware features the rimless design system, vortex flushing system, full concealed cisterns, as well as soft-close quick release toilet seats.

The Italian-made File range comes finished with the new rimless design system which eliminates the internal rim of the toilet. This allows for better performance and more efficient cleaning by keeping the ceramic lines of the pan intact.‎ The removal of the rim altogether combined with the vortex flushing system ensures a thorough wash by perfectly optimising water flow throughout the bowl.

The rimless design of the bowl is complemented by the installation of soft close, quick release seats. As well as being quieter and less prone to damage than conventional toilet seats, these make cleaning the toilet far easier by allowing the user to remove the toilet seat to clean areas that otherwise would be difficult to reach.

While the combination of the rimless design and vortex flushing system, as well as the use of soft-close quick release seats provide functionality to the File range, this collection also invests in the look and feel of the product and its relationship with the bathroom space. The result of this focus on aesthetics is the in-wall cistern and concealed waste.

The back-to-wall toilet pan has an in-wall cistern and fully concealed waste which hides exposed pipes. The back-to-wall pan runs all the way to the wall and is easy to clean with smooth, seamless features. The wall hung toilet pan is mounted to a bracket in the wall. It takes up less space than a traditional unit and with an in-wall cistern, provides a clean, uncluttered appearance. Both options can be paired with either a back-to-wall or wall-hung bidet.
