Foamular Extruded Polystyrene
Description

Foamular is a polystyrene foam insulation extruded into rigid boards by Owens Corning's proprietary technology, which develops continuous skin surfaces and closed cell cores.

The cells have interconnecting walls of consistent thickness with no voids. This uniform structure gives Foamular high insulating values, superior moisture resistance and high compressive strength.

Foamular is now HBCD retardant free.

Key Features
  • High R-value compared to more traditional insulation products
  • Minimum compressive strength of 300 kPa
  • Effective resistance against moisture, mildew, corrosion and rot
  • Ease of handling and installation (lightweight, tough, rigid foam panels)
  • Available in straight, tongue and groove, or scored square edges
  • Easy to saw, cut and score
  • Now HBCD Fire Retardant free
Scope of Use

Owens Corning FOAMULAR 300 extruded polystyrene insulation is ideal for wall furring, perimeter/ foundation, cavity wall, crawlspace, pre-cast concrete, under slab, roofing systems, cladding and other applications
