CHH Ply Ecoply Roofing
Description

Ecoply Roofing is designed for roofing overlays which can cope with open imperfections in the substrate face. For roofing products which require a smooth substrate such as flexible membranes, use Ecoply Flooring or Ecoply Structural Square Edge (CD grade).

  • DD surface grade — left unsanded for extra strength and grip for roofing installers
  • Tongue & groove edge profile (long sheet edges) do not require support blocking, saving time and money
  • Sheet thicknesses: 15-25mm
  • Sheet dimensions: 2400 / 2700 x 1200mm
  • F8 and F11 stress grades available — 15mm supplied in F11 as standard for increased span capabilities
  • Available untreated or H3.2 CCA treated

Scope of Use

Ecoply Roofing specified in roofing applications in accordance with the current 'Ecoply Specification & Installation Guide' are suitable for use as a roof decking substrate for flexible membrane and tile systems in roofing.

Statement of Building Code Compliance

Ecoply Roofing specified as a roofing substrate and employed in accordance with Section 5 of the 'Ecoply Specification & Installation Guide', assists in meeting the following provisions of the NZBC:

  • Clause B1 Structure: Performance B1.3.1, B1.3.2, B1.3.3(a,c,g,h,q), B1.3.4(d).
  • Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1(a) when used and treated to the requirements of NZS 3602.
  • Clause E2 External Moisture: Performance E2.3.1, E2.3.2, E2.3.5, E2.3.7.
  • Clause F2 Hazardous Building Materials: F2.3.1.
