Intended to be used in feature walls for residential and commercial of the following scope:

• Within the scope of B1/AS1 (Amendment 18) which for concrete masonry buildings is set out in section 1.1.3 of NZS 4229:2013

• The Masonry must be designed in accordance with the requirements of NZS 4229:2013 (as modified by B1/AS1 (Amendment 18)
• Mortar, materials (cement, sand and mixtures) shall comply with NZS 4210

Austral Breeze Blocks will, if installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, will comply with or contribute to compliance with the following clauses of the New Zealand Building Code:

• Structure B1.3.1, B1.3.2, B 1.3.3 (a,b,d f,h,j)
• Durability B2.3.1 (a)
• Hazardous Building Materials F2.3.1

• All Austral Masonry Blocks are manufactured to AS/NZS 4455.1

Maintenance:

• Inspect and wash exterior surfaces to remove dirt and mould at least once a year
