After ten years researching and perfecting manufacturing processes and materials, the Marley Stratus Design Series was borne. Protection against New Zealand’s unique UV rays and changeable conditions is achieved using the latest co-extrusion manufacturing technology.

The process simultaneously forms and bonds two layers of material with selected performance characteristics. The outer layer is an advanced engineered polymer, providing durable colour with high UV and weather resistance, while the internal layer provides strength and minimises thermal expansion by reducing excessive heat build-up. This is not a paint, so there is no flaking.

The company has taken the guess work out of specifying. All products in the Marley Stratus Design Series will never rust, rot or corrode, even if used in a coastal property or geothermal region.
