Available in variable trim heights ranging from 57mm to 152mm, Compasso trim provides a strong, durable, pre-painted, long-lasting steel perimeter trim suitable for use in a host of applications such as offices, gaming and entertainment facilities, retail spaces and high-bay areas.

USG Compasso trim is designed for use with USG ClimaPlus Ceiling panels/USG Donn Suspension system, and can also be used in conjunction with the USG Drywall Grid plasterboard suspension system. This system is incredibly easy to assemble – suspension grid tee clips into Compasso trim via attachment clip which is attached to the perimeter trim, then ceiling tiles lay-in as per standard suspended ceiling systems.

For extra visual impact, this ceiling feature can be enhanced by the use of back-lighting – as done in a recent project, the University of Waikato dining hall. In this case - with the introduction of some coloured light - a unique floating effect was created.
